Thailand's exiled former Prime Minister Thaksin Shinawatra discusses reconciliation and political change in  the country where his sister is now prime minister. He gave an exclusive interview to Strategic Review when he was in Jakarta for the launch of the journal and to speak at a forum on Peace and Reconciliation in Southeast Asia. Also on the panel were East Timor's Jose Ramos Horta and Malaysian opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim. President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono gave the keynote address.
